My overall experience with Edward Rose and Sons has been very good. From rental rates to maintenance the same. I would hope they could continue to take care of their faithful residents ( reasonable rental, internet, cable, pet and garage rates) with continued discounts for seniors, firefighters, police and military. I love living here. It's quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment are well-maintained. I've really been happy living here. I always feel safe living here, it's nice to be able to go for a run and see other runners or walkers and feel safe. During the winter the staff has been really great and clearing the snow fairy promptly and that helps a lot. Edwards and Sons is a great property management company.
