Been a resident at Edward Rose properties since 2019 and at Autumn Lakes since 2020. So far, we love it! Maintenance is very helpful, office staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is pleasant and community-based. They're pet-friendly and have smoke-free buildings. The grounds are kept up and the community areas are cleaned. They offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a few Townhomes options. They also have an Amazon Hub and a fairly large pool. Great place to live. Loved it here. It is normal for things to get broken and stop working but what matters is that there is always a quick response from maintenance and they will repair/restore as needed. IMO apartments are worth the price. I have been renting for the past 8 years because I have moved around a lot and this is the best place I've lived yet. - Carla
