My overall experience with Edward Rose and Sons has been very good. From rental rates to maintenance the same. I love living here. It's quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment are well-maintained. I've really been happy living here. I always feel safe living here, it's nice to be able to go for a run and see other runners or walkers and feel safe. During the winter the staff has been really great and clearing the snow fairy promptly and that helps a lot. Edwards and Sons is a great property management company. I feel safe walking here. I like that it is pet friendly. I have good neighbors. I enjoy my end unit as it has extra windows and space. I will be renewing my lease after my 15 months is over. I appreciate gas and water and wi fi being included in rent - Verified Resident
