I love living here. It's quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment are well-maintained. I've really been happy living here. I always feel safe living here, it's nice to be able to go for a run and see other runners or walkers and feel safe. During the winter the staff has been really great and clearing the snow fairy promptly and that helps a lot. Edwards and Sons is a great property management company. I feel safe walking here. I like that it is pet friendly. I have good neighbors. I enjoy my end unit as it has extra windows and space. I will be renewing my lease after my 15 months is over. I appreciate gas and water and wi fi being included in rent - Verified Resident

Been a resident at Edward Rose properties since 2019 and at Autumn Lakes since 2020. So far, we love it! Maintenance is very helpful, office staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is pleasant and community-based. They're pet-friendly and have smoke-free buildings. The grounds are kept up and the community areas are cleaned. They offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a few Townhomes options. They also have an Amazon Hub and a fairly large pool.
